DAVID MIHALICK

"We're not just building cars; we're crafting dreams."

For six gritty years, amidst the rugged terrain of Northeast Ohio, we've tackled countless projects that scream dedication and sweat. We're cut from the cloth of hard work and horsepower. We're not just another faceless business; we're a family, and our blood runs thick with the love of engines and steel.

David, he's been getting his hands dirty since he was a kid, slinging bricks with his old man in the family construction gig. But deep down, there was a fire burning for anything that roared and revved. In 2014, he dipped his toes into the world of motor madness with Anything on Wheels Customs, a side hustle, while still shouldering his construction duties.

Then, in 2017, he got his hands on that golden ticket - an Auto Dealer License. That's when AOW really came alive, roaring to life like a V8 on a straightaway. We started dealing in all things automotive, because we believe in using the best to build the best.

But you know the story – the world got flipped on its head when Covid hit. Labor and parts got scarcer than a manual transmission at an electric car show. No car shows, no events – everything slammed on the brakes. But it's 2023 now, and we've weathered the storm. We've built out a new showroom that's a cathedral for gearheads, and David, along with his son Nick, is going all in.

We're not just building cars; we're crafting dreams. We're here to help you realize your vision, whether it's guiding you through the maze of performance upgrades or hooking you up with the baddest accessories in the game. We're not just about vehicles; we're about that burning passion that drives us all. So, saddle up, because we're ready to ride.

EMILY GAAL

"Beneath lies a heart of steel and nerves of titanium."

Emily's the one who holds it all together, the guardian of the gates, the mastermind of the mayhem when it comes to wrangling bills, conquering customer service, commanding orders, and handling all those gritty office tasks that keep this machine running.

Sure, she might turn heads with her looks, and her kindness might catch you off guard, but don't be fooled – beneath that exterior lies a heart of steel and nerves of titanium. She's as tough as they come.

Clocking in is for the faint of heart; Emily's been tearing through the trenches, fully committed since the gritty year of 2019. And let's rewind the tape a bit – she's been grinding it out, season after season, since the wild days of 2009, with our sibling company, Mihalick Commercial Maintenance.

This ain't just a job; it's a battle, and Emily's a warrior who's been in the fray, proving herself time and time again.

MEET THE CREW

The true grit behind the builds.

Dave

Mihalick

President / Founder

Once upon a time, right after high school, David had his sights set on roofing, following in his old man's footsteps. But life had other plans. Those plans led to him wielding hammers, crafting homes, and helping folks turn their dreams into brick-and-mortar reality.

He even snagged himself a Real Estate License along the way, but deep down, there was always this rumbling hunger for the raw power of engines. In 2000, he hightailed it to Daytona Beach, to AMI, where he learned the ins and outs of Jet Ski repair like a true renegade.

After acing that course, he put in some sweat at a shop, fine-tuning his skills, until 2001 when he said, "Screw it, I'm doing this my way." But then, life threw a curveball, a nasty construction accident in late 2000 involving his old man. David had to shift gears, putting the pedal to the metal in the construction business, and by fall of 2002, he'd closed down the Jet Ski repair joint.

Years rolled by, and he took that residential construction outfit and turned it into a mean, lean, commercial maintenance machine, still kicking ass today. He started rolling deep with a fleet of trucks and equipment, mastering the art of snow removal, and turning wrenches, making those machines stronger, faster, better.

Yet, the fire for all things engine-powered never flickered out. So, from that burning passion, Anything on Wheels Customs roared into existence, and he's been hustling on that ever since. Every day, he's diving into this gritty industry, learning, evolving, and pushing the limits, because when you've got gasoline in your veins, there's no slowing down.

Brandon

Conley

Interior Specialist / Manager

Upholstery ain't just a craft; it's a mystical, untamed beast, the eighth wonder of the world that dances between the lines. Call me Brandon, but in the world of upholstery, I'm Conley – a name etched in the grit and grime of more than half a century's worth of automotive, marine, and aviation wizardry.

I'm not just a 3rd-gen craftsman; this trade's been in my DNA since the day I was conceived, and it's grown into a beast that devours my every waking moment. In this relentless journey through time, I've learned that nothing's ever what it appears to be, and every day, I'm pushing the boundaries of my innate genius.

Big shoutout to my old man, Scott Conley – without you, I wouldn't even exist in this upholsteriverse. And to my ride-or-die family and friends, your support fuels my relentless pursuit. I love you all, like I love the open road. And, just so you know, my heart beats the color blue.

Emily

Gaal

Sales / Administration

Emily, a graduate from the school of hard knocks at Elyria High in 2013, is the right hand to the big boss, David Mihalick. She's the first line of defense, the pit crew captain, and the grit behind the gears when it comes to billing, customer service, orders, and all those nitty-gritty office essentials.

She's not just clocking in; she's been burning rubber with this outfit full-time since 2019. And before that, she was pounding the pavement season after season with our sister company, Mihalick Commercial Maintenance, since way back in 2009.

You see, she's cut from the same cloth, a local warrior, a soldier in the trenches for a family-owned empire that doesn't just talk the talk, but walks the walk. She sweats blood and oil, and fights to give back to the community that's been riding shotgun alongside them. Emily's not just an employee; she's part of a crew that lives and breathes the grind.

Nick

Mihalick

Sales / Administration

Nicholas, a product of Amherst Marion High's gritty halls, rolled out in 2021. But this young buck isn't just hitting the books. He's tearing it up at Cleveland State University, diving headfirst into the savage world of Mechanical Engineering, already in his sophomore brawl.

Now, here's where it gets real interesting. Before he even had a diploma in hand, Nicholas was clocking hours with the company, getting down and dirty with the CNC table and unleashing hell with 3D printing. He's not your average undergrad; he's a tech-savvy, wrench-turning, metal-bending maestro.

But that's not all. When he's not grinding away at the desk or perfecting those blueprints, you'll find him burning rubber in the #95 Mustang, tearing up the Sandusky Speedway in the All-American Iron Series. Nicholas is a name to remember, a rising star in the automotive arena, who's not just studying the game – he's living it, on and off the track.
